The studio was started by Mrs. Bev Bigam
Mrs. Bev Bigam has always loved music and when she moved to the states from Victoria, B.C. 25 years ago she wanted to start a music school.
The studio started as a traveling musical workshop program. This is why the studio has the name, 'workshops' within it. Eventually settling in Ahwatukee the studio grew and has become a community staple.

Mrs. B has now retired but it is managed by Mrs. Jessica Magee. Kim Steedman & Shelley Yakubow are the Co-Directors.

Celebrating 25 years
Music Maker Workshops is celebrating it's 25th year providing music lessons. The studio has been home to many working musicians over the years and students of all ages.
