Alex Leiferman is a student at ASU studying jazz performance on the drum set. He’s studying drums with grammy winning jazz drummer Lewis Nash. Alex started doing classical percussion in high school and has transitioned to jazz at ASU with an incredibly prestigious faculty, including Corcoran Holt who has appeared on three nominations working with grammy winning saxaphone player Kenny Garrett. Alex is a touring drummer and plays local gigs at weddings, restaurants, and jazz clubs.
