Organ Stop Pizza opened in Phoenix in 1972, featuring a Wurlitzer pipe organ originally built for Grauman’s Egyptian Theater. Its success led to a second location in Mesa in 1975, which now houses the largest Wurlitzer pipe organ in the world. After changes in ownership and a move to a larger custom-built facility in 1995, the Mesa location has become a world-renowned attraction, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.
