Voice & Piano Instructor

Jenny is a vocal and beginner piano instructor from Chicago, IL. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education with a concentration on vocal and choral teaching from California State University, Los Angeles.

A classically trained Mezzo-soprano, Jenny can sing in various different styles including Jazz, Pop, R&B, Rock and Musical Theater.

Upon graduation, Jenny landed her first private voice and piano teaching job at a music studio in San Gabriel, CA. Through the course of five years, she has privately taught 80+ clients of all ages, ranging from beginner to intermediate levels. She has taught both in freelance and through three different music studios in California’s San Gabriel Valley and in Chicago.

Jenny loves teaching because it allows her to share the love she has for music with other people. She believes music has been proven to not only enhance the minds of people that study it, but enhance the quality of life. It is also incredibly fun.
