Piano & Voice Master Instructor

Tina Dong is a talented pianist and singer with over a decade of experience in teaching piano and voice of all ages. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in music education (piano major) from Shanghai Conservatory of Music and a Master’s degree in music education from Arizona State University. She has a passion for nurturing a love for music in her students. She has been involved with early childhood music for over ten years and has led programs featuring Music Together and Kindermusik. She has also taught general and choral music in public school, and had led children’s choir club for three years. She was organizing and leading a group of piano students (over 100 piano students) in a memorable piano ensemble concert at Tempe Art Center in 2015 and 2016. And Christmas Holiday Concert/ Spring concert for her piano students (over 600 students) at Academe Math and Science School in 2021 and 2022. Tina believes that music is not only a form of expression but also plays a crucial role in cognitive and emotional development. Her teaching style focuses on creating a positive to flourish and reach their full musical potential.
