Zhanglin Hu


Zhanglin Hu is an accomplished pianist, having performed in China, Italy, Greece, and the United States. He has earned accolades in numerous competitions, including the MTNA Ohio Young Artist Piano Competition (2017), the Chopin Avenue International Piano Competition (2021), and the Charleston International Piano Competition (2024). He has also collaborated with the CSUN Symphony Orchestra and Bowling Green Philharmonia.

Zhanglin’s musical development has been guided by renowned instructors such as Robert Satterlee, Dmitry Rachmanov, and Baruch Meir. He has participated in prestigious music festivals and masterclasses with world-class artists. Born in Chengdu, China, Zhanglin began piano studies at age four, continuing his training at Sichuan Conservatory, Interlochen Arts Academy, and Bowling Green State University. He holds a Master’s degree from California State University Northridge and is currently pursuing a DMA at Arizona State University under Dr. Baruch Meir.
