Sing a Song on our MMW Spotify Album!
Creating a debut Album with 12 MMW Vocalists
MMW is going to upload and launch a MMW album on Spotify and other Digital Service Providers (DSPs), like Apple Music, and Amazon Music. Join us in the endeavor. To start we are going to limit this to 12 vocalists who would like to be featured. We will have a team of staff that will be the gatekeepers to make sure everything is ready for digital distributors.
Step 1: Producing a Custom Backtrack
After selecting a song you'd like to sing Mr. Christian Rich will create and produce a custom backtrack. This backtrack will be given to the student so they can practice with it at home and during lessons. This backtrack will be used during the recording session.
Step 2: Have a Recording Session
The recording session will be 30 minutes in length. This is not a practice session but a recording session. This recording session will be with Mr. Christian and Mr. Chris.
Step 3: Mixing & Mastering
The sound techs will Mix and Master the Vocals. For 12 students this process will take at least two weeks of production time.
Mixing is combining the individual tracks into a stereo or multichannel format, a.k.a. the mix.
Mastering involves processing your mix into its final form so that it’s ready for distribution, which may include transitioning.
Step 4: Launch Listening Pizza Party
To drop this album Mr. Christian Rich & Mr. Chris will host a pizza party.
The 12 students will have an opportunity to listen to their songs together.
