Music Maker Workshops is proud to announce Ahwatukee's first-ever Little Music Library for the community. Our Little Libraries program supports musicians of all ages in creating opportunities to share music through book exchanges and fostering connections.
On Friday, November 13th at 5:30 pm, MMW will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held by the Executive Director of the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce, Andy Hayes, to commemorate the musical library. This ceremony will be outside the studio, directly in front of the little library. Families from the Ahwatukee community are encouraged to give and take books as they'd like throughout the year. Plus, bring a music book to the ribbon cutting and be entered into the raffle for a free month of music lessons. The drawing for the raffle will happen directly after the ribbon cutting.
The studio is currently offering both virtual and in-studio lessons.  Studio lessons include Piano, Guitar, Bass, Voice, Violin, Viola, Cello, Drums, Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Flute, Piccolo, Clarinet, Saxophone, and Ukulele for students of all ages.  Studio teachers anticipate music exchange in the library to various degrees for all of these instruments. Please remember the studio does follow CDC guidelines and recommendations and asks all attendees to please wear a mask.
Music Maker Workshops is in Ahwatukee on the southwest corner of 32nd Street and Chandler Blvd. For more information about this event or music lessons, please contact Music Maker Workshops at 480-706-1224 or visit MMWaz.com.
